Overall Awesome Night
Ok. It’s always difficult to pre-plan attending a concert 3-6 months in advance!
Many variables involved, especially travel plans and potential cancellations.
BUSH cancelled parts of Europe, 2022 and I started to monitor USA situation and read some fans commenting about cancellations one hour prior to show in areas.
Anyhow, first time to Hollywood Casino outdoor venue in Granville, PA for I❤️Radio Summer Series Tour and between the site security staff, law enforcement, food & drink vendors and fans, it was well organized out in middle of wheat field!
Aaron Jones, up and coming Seattle band, great.
Candle Box has 30 years music history, great.
Now I was sitting in my section 105 front row seat when a stray fan told me he moved up to this one empty seat next to me to see better and then the whole concert he stood in my face. I could not see and had to rely on screens. The seats are bolted together and to the ground as a whole section and they are built so close with nominal space and he was smoking and drinking and swaying and even stepped on my foot, and …..
So, as soon as BUSH took the stage, I walked up to the PIT and spent entire concert there, rocking out and taking photos next to site camera crew.
The band was great, took decent video and photos. I’m not a fan of any of the performers but on behalf of my hubs, did the dirty work and captured it all for him.
He LOVES BUSH and he totally enjoyed every minute. He shared that the guy next to me also jammed in his space and so, I’m glad I upgraded to stage!
Overall great weather and super nice venue, even though out in field.
